About the Role

The Customer Care Representative will support customers throughout the sales process, ensuring they receive clear information, timely assistance, and a positive overall experience. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, responding to enquiries, guiding customers through product or service options, and helping drive successful sales outcomes for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via face-to -face with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy

  • Guide customers through product or service offerings to help them make informed purchasing decisions

  • Provide updates on orders, account details, and general sales-related queries

  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and offering effective solutions

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support repeat business

  • Collaborate with sales team members to share insights and improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12

  • Previous customer service or sales support experience

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to explain information clearly and build positive rapport with customers

  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools

  • Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to work on-site in Cape Town

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a sales-driven or target-supported environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software or call‑centre platforms

  • Multilingual communication skills
